Ingredient Amount
Soy sauce, light 2 Cups
Dashi 1 Cup (see recipe)
Mirin 1 Cup
Yuzu juice ¼ cup
Daikon, finely grated 1 ½ Cups
Ginger, finely grated 1 Tbsp.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients - warm slightly.
2. Divide mixture into ten/4 ounce ramekins.
