Ingredient Amount
Soybean sprouts, rinsed, tails trimmed 8 Cups
Kosher salt t.t.
Garlic clove, minced, peeled 2 ea.
Scallion, trimmed, chopped 2 ea.
Sesame oil 2 tsp.
Sesame seeds, toasted ½ tsp.
Black pepper, freshly ground t.t.
Method
1. Place soy Bean sprouts in a perforated pan and then in steamer. Steam for 2 minutes, remove and transfer to a medium bowl, and set aside to cool.
. Add the garlic clove, scallion, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled
