Wireless Help from IT
The Student Help Desk is available to help you troubleshoot any issues you may be having with connecting to the wireless network. As a first step in troubleshooting you MUST bring your laptop/desktop computer to the Student Help Desk during support hours. If, upon returning to your room, you are still having trouble accessing the wireless network further troubleshooting steps will be taken.
The Student Help Desk is located in Roth E453 and is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm and from 2 pm – 5 pm.
