Bamboo Skewers for Shrimp 80 each
Nori , cut strips 2 1/2" long, 1/4" wide 80 each
Shrimp (Ebi) 80 pieces
Shrimp, 31-35 count, skewer along
length of shell, ask chef for demo. Gently poach 3 minutes,
shock, peel, cut underside
of shrimp to butterfly and remove vein
