MANGO LASSI

Yield: 10 portions as beverage

Ingredient Amount

Yogurt (whole milk yogurt preferred) 6 Cups

Water 1 Cup

Ice 1 Cup

Whole milk 1 Cup

Fresh mango puree 2 Cups

Cardamom powder 1 tsp.

Fresh lime juice 2 oz.

Sugar t.t.

Method

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl with a whisk. Saffron maybe added as an option.

2. Serve refrigerated or over ice as a refreshment or an early course in a meal.
