Vans Custom Culture competition

At the behest of a student I entered our high school in a Vans design a shoe competition. It sounds simple, we get four pairs of blank white shoes and have to design each pair based on a theme. If we win three rounds of judging then we'll go to New York, and potentially win $50,000 for our art department. It's a cool competition, if you Google past winners there's lots of cool shoe designs. I'm excited to get the shoes and see what my students create.
