15. Difference between a little/a few, and then between a little/a few and little/few
A little is used with uncountable nouns and a few is used with countable nouns.
'A little' and 'a few' is used when you refer to a small quantity, and 'little' and 'few' is used when this small quantity affects you negatively (I had little money, so I couldn't go to the cinema // Few people understood the problem, so the teacher got furious)
