The Prairie Center Art Show and District 54 board room artwork are the two largest art shows for each of the junior highs. In this, students are asked to submit work that is completely original and not guided by a teacher. The Prairie Center Art Show is an evening event. Each school has three students produce an original piece. All District 54 schools contribute and it is a great honor for the kids.

Eighth grade student Haley K., holding the portrait of the girl with the stars, will have her piece framed at the board room in the district office, which will represent Keller until next February. A night reception will be held for family with a gallery tour.
