I'm breaking from the inside. The person I liked so much just broke up with me! What do I do?

Top 5 Tips to follow after a break up:

1. Allow yourself to feel sad for a specific amount of time and then vow to move on.

2. Go on an emotional detox as soon as possible. Hide your ex from all of your social media and have a friend hold onto your momentous or put them away where you won't be tempted to look at them.

3. Make a list of healthy things that make you feel better, and then do them!

4. We get by with a little help from our friends. Just because a crush may not know how awesome you are, doesn't mean your friends have forgotten! Take some time to reconnect with those who have (and always will) get you!

5. It's easy to get caught in a spiral of why someone may not like us anymore, but the cure is to write a list of all the things we are awesome for! When you catch yourself spiraling down, try spiraling up!
