Oreo Cookie Balls

Ingredients:

  • Package of crushed Oreos
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
  • White coating chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Mix cream cheese and Oreo crumbs together until well blended.
  2. Form into balls and freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat with the white chocolate and freeze until firm (if desired, add sprinkles or cookie pieces then throw in the freezer).
  4. Enjoy!

*Note: Product can be stored in the fridge or outside of the fridge. Be sure to keep item away from too hot of heat because the chocolate will melt. If it does melt, just put them in the fridge as soon as you notice it!

D.I.Y. Hot Chocolate Kits

Hot Cocoa Kit

Ingredients:

  • Hot chocolate mix
  • Marshmallows
  • Candy cane pieces
  • Candy cane (whole for dipping)
  • Cookies (for dipping)
  • Jars
  • Ribbon, stickers, fake holly,etc.

Instructions:

  1. Clean all the jars.
  2. Fill jars with ingredients (one with candy canes, one with hot chocolate mix, etc.)
  3. Wrap with ribbon and add any other decorations if desired.
  4. Enjoy for yourself or give them as a gift!

Classically Crunchy Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup shortening, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients, then gradually add in dry ingredients until combined.
  3. Divide the dough into three 1 ½ inch thick rounds and refrigerate in plastic wrap for at least three hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough and cut desired shapes.
  5. Place the cookies on a pan one inch apart and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool and decorate with icing if desired!
