Independent activities:
Grab a teddy bear and see if you can read the book to your teddy, remember to point to each word as you read.
Find and write down the blend words in the story. Remember blends/digraphs are two letters that make one sound. Then think of two more words that you know that start with the same blend sound. The first one has been done for you.
Draw what happens at the beginning of the story. Then draw what happens at the end of the story.
