Container Design - Glow

This project's purpose is to enhance our learning of CNC milling by creating a container. This project included using CAD and CAM software and a CNC mill. I started off the project by making a concept sketch, including dimensions. I then moved on to OnShape to create the container, using Computer Aided Design. Once that was completed, I used KiriMoto which is a Computer Aided Manufacturing system, that automates the manufacturing process to operate the CNC mill. This project has improved my learning of what the purpose of CAM software is as it shows manufacturing processes to operate a CNC mill. One problem I had, however, was creating the container lid as I needed to understand tolerance. This project was a success as I was able to create the container, fitting the standards of the project.
