This project was a group challenge in the design process. We were tasked to create a holiday gift box with certain criteria and constraints, using the design process. We were able to choose which items we can make a gift box for as I chose the snow globe. Making a gift box for a snow globe was a difficult task since we had to make one that perfectly fits the snow globe without breaking it. This project required us to make the box from scratch with a lot of math. The most enjoyable part of the project is designing the exterior and seeing the outcome.

This assignment was a project to test our ability on projecting the design process. Our task was to create a charm based on our client's preferences using the whole engineering design process. For this project, I made a charm as a character that my client liked so that they would be satisfied which turned out well. The charms were 3D printed and later given to the client so that they could use it on their backpacks. The most enjoyable part about the project is designing the charm and seeing how it turned out after it was 3D printed. However, what could be improved about this project is more thinking about how the charm would turn out in 3D printing because the first charm that was printed had an error in producing the details. This gave me a broader learning about how 3D printing works.
