This assignment was a writing task based on our learning of the case of Anna Garcia. Throughout the marking period, our learning was focused on forensics as we learn the death of Anna Garcia and her case. We were given several evidence so that we get a better understanding of Garcia's death and determine her cause of death. Based on the evidence, my final argument supports the idea that Anna Garcia died due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. This was my best assignment in this marking period because it showcases my strength in coming up with an argument and providing evidence and reasoning. The most enjoyable part about this assignment was doing experiments to figure out evidence.

This assignment was to showcase our knowledge in how sickle cell anemia is inherited after learning about the disease, Alexandria's family, and how to use Punnet Squares. However, instead of sickle cell anemia my group and I chose the disease, Phenylketonuria. Each member was assigned which topic to cover on the model as mine was the pedigree and the summary. We gave visual and clear explanations on how a recessive disease is inherited, using the story of Alexandria. The most enjoyable part of this assignment was learning more about Phenylketonuria and displaying our knowledge on a poster, however there could be some improvements. There was not enough information presented and the poster could be more presentable.
