Gujarat Trade Reading Assessment - Glow
This assignment was a writing assessment that was a test grade. For this assignment, we were tasked to write a paragraph responding to each of the 5 questions. This assessment was based on a reading that was given in our lesson about the Gujarat Trade. The questions mainly asked about how the Gujarat trade center functioned and their events. This assessment was successful as I was able to respond to the questions, backing up my responses with evidence and reasoning. However, one of the paragraphs had flaws in lack of detail and reasoning. Overall, this assessment demonstrates my skills in providing an in-depth analysis and identifying topics in readings.
Trade Goods Research - Grow
This assignment was a research project that was graded as an authentic assessment. This was one of my most difficult assignments since deeper research was needed to answer the questions. For this assignment, I was introduced to a new way of researching which was not something I was used to. My flaws in this assignment was not providing answers to all of the required questions for each trade good, due to the research. However, I was able to follow the requirements of providing 5 paragraphs with a minimum of 8 sentences, backed up with proof of research. Overall, this was a challenging assignment that required a difficult way a researching but this assignment has helped me practice my researching skills, which will help me improve on future assignments.
