After reading the story of Romeo and Juliet, we were assigned to have a class debate. We were to debate about who we think was responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, as we were able to choose. Before the debate, we had to plan out our debate by writing what our arguments are, what evidence we need, why we think the other people are innocent, and a closing statement. My group and I were communicative throughout the whole process and assisted each other well during the debate. I had explained my side well and asked questions to other groups, proving my collaboration skills which had earned me a good score on this debate.
