Withdrawing a Submitted Portfolio

Once a portfolio has been submitted, you can still withdraw the submission as long as assigned assessors have not started the scoring process.

Withdrawing a portfolio returns the status back to Awaiting Submission, making it editable for you, and invisible to the assessors. The portfolio will need to be submitted again when changes are complete for it to be available for assessment.

Step 1: While viewing the In-Progress tab on the system home screen, click on the group/class block.

Step 2: On the Activity screen, click on the portfolio title.

Note: To withdraw a submitted portfolio assignment, the status must be listed as Awaiting Assessment.

Step 3: Once viewing the portfolio, click the Withdraw button.

Note: If the Withdraw button is grayed out, assessors have started the scoring process and you will be unable to withdraw the portfolio to make changes.

Once the portfolio has been withdrawn, it will return you to the Activity screen. The portfolio will display as status of Awaiting Submission, indicating it is now editable.

Step 4: Click on the activity block to access an editable version of your portfolio.
