Class sessions that have been setup for Echo360 recording and live-stream viewing can be accessed using the following instructions. 

Important note: For best results, it is recommended that you always use Google Chrome to access Moodle and view Echo360 videos. 

If you ever experience an issue seeing a video, it can often be solved by opening a different web browser and re-attempting the login process.

Accessing an Echo360 Live-Stream

Step 1: Navigate to the appropriate Moodle course and click on the Echo360 link. Note: The link title will vary by instructor, but is always identifiable by the triangle within a circle icon. 

Step 2:  Locate the session within the Echo360 class library and click on the title.

Note: Live Stream enabled sessions will display a gray "LIVE" icon prior the class start time. This will turn green once the session begins.

Step 3: Prior to the start time, the screen will display a timer indicating the stream had not yet started.  You can wait for the session to begin or return closer to the start time.

Step 4: When the stream is available, click the Show Live Stream button.
