Qualtrics is a user-friendly, comprehensive electronic survey tool available for use by all Nazareth faculty, staff, and students. Qualtrics eliminates the need for the many survey design solutions that individuals have had to rely on in the past.

The system provides users with:

• A variety of question types

• Survey management tools

• Automated email distribution

• Customized data visualizations

• Reporting in many formats (.pdf, .ppt, URL, .doc, etc.)

Student Account Information

In order to be able to create projects and surveys in Qualtrics, students must request an account to obtain survey creator privileges. Once you submitted can expect an email with 1-2 business days that includes an coupon code and instructions to upgrade your account. 

Note: Students are able to login to our Qualtrics system with a basic account prior to the upgrade process, however, this initial access has very limited features!

You must log in to the  Nazareth University Qualtrics Site via the Nazareth website using your current MyNaz credentials.

• Copying a Survey
