How to submit an assignment

This guide will help with submitting an assignment on Moodle. If the assignment is on Google Drive, go to the Submit Assignment from Google Drive page for help. 

Step 1: Login to Moodle using your MyNaz username and password.

Step 2: Click on the course name from the Dashboard to open and view a course. 

Step 3: Click on the assignment title.

Step 4: Click Add Submission.

Step 5: If the assignment requires text, add text into the text box field. If the assignment requires a file upload, Select Add File, indicated by a document icon, or click the down arrow.

Step 6: Click Upload a File.

Step 7:  Click Choose File.

Step 8: Select the file that you want to upload and click Open. 

Step 9: Click Upload this file.

Note: To add additional files before saving, repeat steps 5-9.

Step 10: Click Save Changes.

Step 11:  Click Submit Assignment in order to submit your work. 

Note: If you do not click submit assignment, the assignment will not be submitted to your instructor and you may miss the deadline to turn it in.

Step 12: You will be asked to confirm that you want to submit your assignment. Click Continue

Note: Once it is submitted, you will NOT be able to make any changes.

Note: If you see Submitted for grading, your instructor has received the assignment.

Note: If you see Draft (not submitted), you need to click submit in order for your instructor to receive the assignment.
