Social Media and Marketing

Linktree site - Linktree is the site where multiple links can be hosted for our social media sites (Instagram, Facebook). 

• Go to the www.linktr.ee website and login with the admin@navgames email and password - navigation-maps-2024!

• Add and delete links, reorder them by dragging them up and down

• These links will be what show when people visit our bio on our socials 

Below is outdate information - but we may be able to use it again in the future.

Back in 2019 or 2020, we had these social media/marketing procedures:

• All social media and marketing requests should go through this form, staff or volunteers assigned to it will be able to receive email notifications (they have to opt in for it) about responses, which they can see here. The form covers deadlines, captions, corresponding files, etc.

• The responses spreadsheet, "Communications/Marketing Requests", also includes a section where log-ins are linked, marketing/comms procedures are outlined, and helpful links to places in our Drive are also linked.

• I've created a promotions@navigationgames.org group email for marketing purposes, where I've added emails of partners who have requested that we send them flyers or info about upcoming programs. Rather than sending 10 emails, we'll be able to send one.
