Fundraising

Kits, Materials, Lesson Plans

• Document progression with levels you can achieve, strongly connected to skills: map orientation, 4-element map, animal-O, G-O with map, etc.

• Gr 3 lesson plans and videos: we have drafts of 4 videos and should finish them and publish Gr 3 lesson plans. 

• Professional Development Workshop for teachers: Ethan and Brenda started design in 2019. Finish this up and prep for delivery.

• Accreditation to give PD credits: MA DoE and AEE -- need to work on this.

Organization

• Finance Committee: need to start meeting and reviewing legal status

• Business Plan: we have updated the business plan in early 2020.

• Board Meetings: schedule for rest of 2020; get solid practices down.

• Operations and processes: focus will be on efficient program delivery

• Financials: need to reach out to John Merchant; do 2019 financials and 990.

Opportunities (we are in communication with partner or are considering a project)
