If an email notification arrives from a volunteer expressing interest, email them from the admin gmail account and invite them to complete the application questionnaire. The email template is "1 - Email - Ask for Application Questionnaire".
Once the application questionnaire is completed, the responses are automatically downloaded into Completed application questionnaire responses. You can also go to the Google form and review the "Responses" tab for the individual.
Assess if the volunteer may be a good match for Navigation Games.
If the applicant is not a good applicant, send an email thanking them and stating that there are no volunteer opportunities that currently match their skill set. However, we will keep them in our volunteer database and reach out to them, if there is an appropriate opportunity. [Write email]
