Avery: Design and Print Cards and Stickers

We use avery.com to design things we print, such as nametags and animal stickers.

Go to https://www.avery.com/myaccount/projects ; Barb's account is barb.bryant@gmail.com and you can get her password from her. 

You can import ("mail merge") a spreadsheet of names, or other things (SI number, team name), in order to rapidly create customized name tags or cards.

Already developed projects include the following; those created with mail merge have an asterisk

• Template 8371 (business cards)

  • Business-cards-metal (and -brick, -water, -stone, -wood). Used for Girls Sports Day 2019, but could be used for other applications.

• Template 5388 (3x5 cards)

  • GSD-instruction-cards (printed on the back of the GSD-NameAndSchool cards, but ideally they'd be combined in one file)

  • GSD-NameAndSchool* (mail merge from Eu's file that had SportIdent card number and team name)

• Template 8160 (1" x 2 5/8" stickers)

  • GSD_stickers_materials_animals  (for use in GSD 2019, for the results board and the Name and School index cards)

  • GSD_stickers_materials_animals_2

• Template 5395 (name badges)

  • GSD-badges-instructions: printed these to stick on the back of the GSD-NameAndSchool 3x5 cards in 2019.
