On 12/10/25, I see that our status is "Pending qualification" including for the August 25 request for renewal of Quickbooks Online Plus. Questions:
What's the status of our quickbooks account? We want to not lose that!

Techsoup "Requalification pending" - what does that mean?
Email 12/10/25: BB paid for a 70% off coupon for business plan for wix. Next I'm supposed to get a coupon, and then get the Wix plan -- where does this stand?
Email 12/15/25: "We will need you to fax us a payment form for the QB Online renewal" - BB did not do this.
What is our existing QB license? We obviously need it bc we do all our accounting there -- so, is our license currently active?
How does our current license relate to the communications with TechSoup, which is saying that our QB Online renewal did not process?

2/5/26: Barb (with Marius watching) tried contacting TechSoup customer service. Barb wrote in the help chat box:
In 2025, we purchased two items from TechSoup. I kept waiting to receive them but didn't ever get them. Then I looked on your site and I see that it says we need to be requalified, but it does not show me any action I should take. Are we just waiting (many months) for TechSoup to update our status? Our qualification status is "Requalification pending" and it says "if you have any questions, please contact TechSoup Customer Service." That's you!
