• Multiple users can manage the same document, as you can in Boldsign

• UI is not quite as clean as Boldsign, but doesn't seem too bad

TechSoup

A number of tools are available less expensively via TechSoup. Our TechSoup number is 4739-AMES-IPNS

We have made the following requests from TechSoup:

1. 1978133: QuickBooks Online Plus, 1-year initial subscriptino, 5 users. $50, shipped 9/8/17

2. 2085160: DocuSign Standard Edution, $89, shipped 2/5/2018

3. 2241028: QuickBooks Online Plus, subscription renewal, $50, 8/9/2018 request. This was paid automatically each year by some credit card until that expired. As of 7/11/24, updated it to pull from our CSB bank account.

4. 2404027: Windows Operating System Upgrade, $16, shipped 2/15/2019

5. 3234938: DocuSign Standard Edition $89, shipped 9/21/21

Memberships

Navigation Games and/or its staff are members of various organizations.

• NG is a member organization of Orienteering USA. We get some of our insurance through OUSA.

• NG is a member organization of AEE. Some staff members have linked profiles. We have full membership, which gives us online and print subscription to the journal, free e-books and manuals, discounts on some items, ability to post jobs, access to member directory, social community, conference registration discounts, and more.
