Monday.com

Summary

Monday.com is a table-based database with a nice user interface and user-defined automated actions. We are using it for:

• CRM (customer relationship management), including contacts, organizations, emails (including bulk email ability and collecting emails sent to a client). Ideally all our external communication would go through Monday.com, so that we can preserve the communications visible to our whole team. Boards: Contacts, Accounts

• program/project management including task management. Boards: Programs, Tasks

• conferences management. Boards: Conferences, Conference Speakers, Contacts, Accounts

• outreach management. Boards: Active Outreach, Contacts, Accounts

• grants management. Boards: Grants Pipeline, Grant Providers. Dashboard: Grants Dashboard

• equipment: not sure that we are currently using this. 

• map work (not totally sure about how much we're using this)

• Boards that we are no longer actively using: Activities, Equipment Tracking, NG Kits, SportIdent Units, SI Cards, Volunteer Registration Management
