Filed permit for North Point Park instead of Harvard's campus (no response from them). First event is 9/18 at Fresh Pond. We will have two at Fresh Pond, two at MIT (confirmed), two at Danehy and one at North Point.
Barb communicated with Ed about making a map for MIT in return for CSU hosting a sprint event on campus; this is a done deal.
Web pages are up, registration is live. Barb posted on NEOC pages, meetups; Peter posted in FindIt Cambridge, couchsurfing.
We have touched base with MIT Outing Club (MITOC) to collaborate on MIT’s campus for two of the eight days.
Plan to deliver two programs at Danehy, two at Fresh Pond, two at MIT and hopefully two at Harvard (if not, another park in Cambridge)
Barb: respond to MITOC’s email
Ethan: submit Fresh Pond permit app to Vinny
August 28 -- Barb got in touch with Vinny about Fresh Pond
August 27 -- Peter emailed MITOC and got a promising response about collaboration from Nicholas Romeo
