▢ Source Vendor

• Find a Psychic Medium in your area who will come to your location and is available for events. Use Google, Yelp, or Thumbtack. You can also ask your residents on Cobu for recommendations! 

• Request a ~90 minute "group reading" where they will seek to make connections with loved ones in spirit with a crowd. 

• Determine in advance if the medium needs any supplies for their performance (e.g., a microphone, a quiet room to prepare, etc.)

▢ Source Food & Drink

• Order beer, wine, and other drinks through a delivery service like Uber Eats or source them through the local beverage store. Estimate 2 alcoholic drinks per attendee and ensure you have non-alcoholic options available as well.  

▢ Set Up the Event

• Set up chairs and couches facing a part of the room where the medium can perform. 

• Set up a few candles throughout the common area and dim the lights to create a bit of ambience. 

• Provide non-breakable cups for drinks.  

• Ensure you have multiple trash and recycling receptacles available throughout the common space.
