• Trays: Purchase wood trays in various shapes and sizes locally or online, for example:

  • Retangular

  • Rectangular with handles

  • Round

• Markers: Purchase acrylic markers locally or online

• Paint: Purchase acrylic paint locally or online

• Paint brushes: Purchase locally or online

• Stencils: Purchase letter stencils for monogramming and a variety of decor stencils locally or online

• Paint trays: Purchase locally or online

• Table cloths: Purchase tablecloths to protect your tables

• Water cups: Ensure you can supply cups for rinsing of brushes

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Set up a few tables in your common area of choice.

• Place serving trays, paint, markers, paint brushes and stencils on a central table.

• Place a few cups with water on every table for cleaning brushes.

• Place paper towels on every table.
