• Pitchers: You will need 3-4 large glass pitchers

• Glasses or plastic cups: Purchase Bloody Mary glasses or cups locally or online

• Clear cups will help residents admire & show off their crafted cocktail!

• Garnish skewers: Purchase Bloody Mary garnish skewers locally or online

• Optional: Straws, umbrellas, vampire & halloween decorations

• Table cloths: Pick a tablecloth that best fits the season

▢ Source Food & Drink

• Bloody Mary Ingredients

  • Premade Bloody Mary Mix

  • Vodka 

  • Horseradish  

  • Tabasco hot sauce 

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Fresh celery

  • Green and black olives 

  • Pickles  

  • Peppers 

  • Lemon/lLime wedges 

  • Jalapeno peppers

  • Bacon (precooked)

  • Salt (for the rim)

  • Tajin (for the rim)

  • Ice

• Optional: Source some food to accompany the bloody mary drinks. Provide some sweet donuts or muffins top pair with the savory brunch drinks. Alternatively, supply a spread of breakfast burritos, bagels, or breakfast pizzas. 

▢ Set Up the Event

• Pick a common area that is comfortable for mingling and set up a table for making the drinks.  

• Premix the Bloody Mary Mix and vodka in glass pitchers (follow instructions on the bottle) 

• Prepare pitchers with tomato juice (non-alcoholic option) 

• Set up a large ice bucket on at the start of the drink table

• An authorized staff member can be responsible for dispensing the alcohol 

• Set up the garnishes and spices, so that guests can help themselves and create their own version of the Bloody Mary
