• Option A: Reach out to your local flower shop and ask if they'd be open to hosting an informal workshop or provide an array of flowers so residents could pick their own bouquets.

• Option B: Contact Fleurs to you or Alices Table and choose the best option for your community. Their offerings include a) workshops with virtual hosts and DIY kits that are delivered to the building and b) DIY kits with printed step-by-step instructions that are delivered to the building.

• Check with the vendor on any additional supplies that will be needed at the event, such as ribbons, knives, scissors, vases, etc. 

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Choose an appropriate space. If you choose a virtual workshop, ensure that the room is equipped with a monitor or TV that can be connected to a laptop.

• Set up a long table with the flowers or DIY kits. Residents will be able to help themselves. 

• Set up tables and chairs where residents can get creative.  

• Optional: Set up a bluetooth speaker with music.
