Option A: Reach out to your local art store or paint night business and ask if they'd be open to hosting a private paint night.
Option B: Contact Yaymaker, Paint the Town, or a similar paint party host and choose the best option for your community. Their offerings include a) in-person events with an instructor b) workshops with virtual hosts and DIY kits that are delivered to the building and c) DIY kits with printed step-by-step instructions that are delivered to the building.
Check with the vendor on any additional supplies that will be needed at the event, such as drop cloths, water cups, paper towels, etc.
▢ Source Drinks
Order drinks through a delivery service like Drizly or source them through the local beverage store. Estimate 2 alcoholic drinks per attendee and ensure you have non-alcoholic options available as well.
▢ Set Up the Event:
Choose an appropriate space. If you choose a virtual workshop, ensure that the room is equipped with a monitor or TV that can be connected to a laptop.
Set up long tables, chairs, and individual stations of painting supplies.
Set up the drinks on a table separate from the crafting supplies.
Optional: Set up a bluetooth speaker with music.
