▢ Source Vendor:

• Source a bartender locally or online, for example at Thumbtack, who is experienced in mixing all or some of the following drinks. Agree on 2-3 of the below dog-themed drinks: 

  • The Salty Dog (gin, grapefruit juice, salt)

  • The Salty Chihuahua (tequila, grapefruit juice, salt)

  • Greyhound (vodka, grapefruit juice)

  • The Regal Beagle (vodka, lime, honey, grapefruit juice, white wine)

  • The Pomeranian (pomegranate vodka, grapefruit juice, honey)

• Check with the bartender on any additional supplies that will be needed at the event, such as cocktail shakers, ice buckets, stirrers, knives & cutting boards, etc.

▢ Source Food & Drinks:

• Order liquor, mixers, wine, and other drinks through a delivery service like Uber Eats or source them through the local beverage store. Estimate 2 alcoholic drinks per attendee and ensure you have non-alcoholic options available as well. 

• Search for a local restaurant for appetizers or use ezCater to order and schedule a food delivery during your preferred time window. 

  • Dog themed food options include:

    • Mezze puppy platter

    • Canine charcuterie board

    • Furry friend falafel bites

    • Mini hot dogs

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Set up a few tables in your common area of choice. Ensure that this area is dog-friendly.

• Set up a table exclusively for the drinks & bartender. 

• Optional: Set up a bluetooth speaker with music (dogs prefer reggae & soft rock!)
