• Purchase Armour Etch, paint brushes, and a variety of stencils.

• Purchase plain wine and beer glasses online or at your favorite local retailer. Calculate two glasses per person. Guests may also bring their own favorite glass(es) to etch.

• Purchase paper towels & tablecloths to protect the tables.

• Optional: Purchase recyclable plastic cups if you choose to offer drinks at the event.  

▢ Source Drinks (optional):

• Purchase wine, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages at your favorite store or online at Uber Eats. Calculate about 2 drinks per person.

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Set up tables and chairs for the guests. 

• Place glass etching supplies and instructions on each table.

• Place drinks on a separate table.

• Ensure you have multiple trash and recycling receptacles available throughout the common space.
