• Alternatively, you can host your own informal tequila tasting by purchasing 3-5 bottles of tequila, pour & taste one style at a time, and have residents make tasting notes on score cards. 

▢ Source Food & Drink:

• Find a local taco vendor in your area or search for tacos on a site like ezCater. Order a variety of taco fillings, including vegetarian options, and consider adding some simple sides like chips & salsa. 

  • Alternatively, ask your residents for recommendations on the best tacos in town via a poll on Cobu! 

• If you are hosting your own tequila tasting, order 3-5 bottles of unique tequila through a delivery service like Uber Eats or source them through the local beverage store. Get a few types (blanco, reposado, añejo, and cristalino) and/or price points to taste. 

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Place the tequila bottles and tasting glasses on a bar table. 

• Present the tacos, napkins and plates on a separate table.

• Ensure you have multiple trash and recycling receptacles available throughout the common space.
