• Prizes: Purchase gift cards or small gifts for the winners.

▢ Source Vendor:

• Find a bingo entertainer in your area who will come to your location and is available for events. Use Google, Yelp, or Thumbtack or ask your residents for recommendations using Cobu. Or search on the internet for a bingo entertainer, for example:

  • The Party Team 

  • The Entertainment Contractor

  • Casino Parties

• Alternatively, you can run this yourself or ask a resident to run it. Here is what you will need:

  • Bingo set (tip: check for number of players)

  • Microphone and speaker set 

▢ Source Drinks:     

• Order beer, wine, and other drinks through a delivery service like Uber Eats or source them through the local beverage store. Estimate 2 alcoholic drinks per attendee and ensure you have non-alcoholic options available as well.

▢ Set Up the Event:

• Set up tables and chairs so that every person can easily see the bingo caller. 

• Set up another table with drinks and glasses.  

• Ensure you have multiple trash and recycling receptacles available throughout the common space.
