Purchase festive plates, cups, utensils, and napkins for drinks and food. Purchase these locally or online.

Optional: Hire live music for the event, such as a harpist, guitarist, singer, etc. You can find musicians online, for example at GigSalad or TheBash. (Book early!)
▢ Source Food & Drink:
Order drinks through a delivery service like Uber Eats or source them through the local beverage store. Estimate 2 alcoholic drinks per attendee and ensure you have non-alcoholic options available as well. Try to incorporate some seasonal and festive options.
Purchase hors d'ouvres from your favorite local vendor or order online and schedule a food delivery during your preferred window. Some online options include:

Select the appropriate space for the event where residents can sit down with their food and also mingle easily.
Decorate the space and tables.
Place the hors d'ouvres on a long table and drinks on a separate table.
Set up the space for the musician or set up a bluetooth speaker with holiday music.
Ensure you have multiple trash and recycling receptacles available throughout the common space.
