The following features were added
In the Student area search criteria builder, two new fields were added. Enroll Status was added under ClassEnrollments fields and Status was added under Pairs fields. [LA-12241]
Locators were added for CASAS Assessments [LA-20456]
For CASAS STEPS Appraisal/Locator, Form 620L and 620R were added.
For CASAS GOALS Appraisal/Locator, Form 104R was added.
The following issues were fixed
State and Local Performance (SPR) Updates
The State and Local Performance (SPR) searches have been updated to improve accuracy and align with reporting requirements for FY2023-24 and beyond. These changes impact both the SPR > Services and SPR Deduplicated > Services Deduplicated searches. [LA-20340]
Training Services Row
Students with a "Report Exclusion Reason" are now included in the Training Services row.
This update ensures the Training Services row matches the sum of the first five MSG rows in NRS Table 11 (column E) for eligible populations.
This change applies to FY2023-24 and later; previous years remain unchanged.
Participants Exited Calculation
The Participants Exited numbers in both Training and Career Services rows now match the totals shown in the Employment Barriers search, ensuring accurate exit counts.
Important Notes for Users
The "Number Participants" column in these searches reflects the sum of Periods of Participation (PoPs), not individual students.
When drilling down, expect to see fewer rows in the student grid than in the search results due to student record merging. For previous fiscal years, duplicate student records may appear in the results but show as a single record in the grid after merging.

The Dashboard Student Alerts and Student PoPs Eligible for Survey widgets have been optimized to run more efficiently. If you had the widgets on your Dashboard, they have been removed and you will have to add them back so they can run off the optimized queries. [LA-20269]
Fixed an issue that allowed Read-Only Assessments scores to be edited. [LA-20589]
Fixed an issue where Full Access users were allowed to delete externally integrated Student records. [LA-20579]
The process of syncing POPs was updated for work history and postsecondary imports [LA-20501]
Custom Functionality

The Diplomas/Credentials section has been updated and can track HSE Subtest pass dates for inclusion in MSG 1d calculations. This does not require corresponding Assessment records. The "Import Diploma/Credential (ID Match)" Student import has been updated to allow import of the subtest passing dates. [LA-20318]
The Ohio Desk Review report was updated to correctly display FY2021-22 data. [LA-20597]
Missouri custom reports - MO Student Progress by Class, MO MSG by Class, MO Totally Summarized - were updated to reflect the recent NRS changes to includes all new EFL gains. [LA-20519]
Several state custom reports were updated to reflect the new NRS Sex Options introduced in 2024. [LA-20518]
For Washington, Special Program Tracking references to "Master Grant Career Services" and "Master Grant Training Services" were changed to "Basic Grant Career Services" and Basic Grant Training Services, respectively. [LA-20509]
The Washington ctcLink integration was updated to include a new status option of "Withdrawn" to be assigned to any student in an enroll import file with STDNT_ENRL_STATUS "E" and an ENRL_DROP_DT. [LA-20514]
The Washington export student-assessment file was updated to include the fiscal year associated with an assessment. [LA20498]
Washington dashboards were updated to recognize their 5-credit assessment rule. [LA-20168]
