This release introduces new import capabilities, expanded third-party integrations, and enhancements to state-specific reporting and compliance. We’ve also delivered important bug fixes and backend improvements to strengthen system stability, security, and overall platform reliability.

✨ Feature Highlight: Expanded Data Import Capabilities

LACES now includes expanded import functionality to strengthen workforce reporting accuracy and streamline staff data management.

What’s Included:

WIOA Core Program Enrollment Import

• Imports student co-enrollment with WIOA Core Partners (Titles I, III, IV)

• Includes partner name, start date, and end date

• Adds new records and updates existing co-enrollment records when applicable
  
  

Staff Professional Development Hours Import

• Imports Professional Development activities into Staff records

• Includes Staff ID, PD name/type, date attended, and hours earned

• Creates new Professional Development records (does not update existing entries)

• Improves accuracy of WIOA and NRS reporting

• Strengthens alignment with workforce partners

• Reduces manual data entry and administrative workload

Imports may create or update multiple records at once. Always review and validate your file carefully before uploading and confirm results after processing. 

🐞 General Bug Fixes

All Fees and Payments Display Issue (LA-22164)
Resolved a regression preventing the All Fees and Payments area from displaying for Agency System Administrator users who all have the Agency Full Access role assigned. 

Assessment Override Reasons Not Displaying (LA-21620)
Fixed an issue where Override Reasons for the Same Form rule were not appearing in the Assessment Card edit view.

DRC Duplicate Raw Score Import (LA-21581)
Corrected an issue where duplicate scores were being added when raw scores were included in DRC integrations.

Fiscal Year Summaries Not Updating (LA-22090)
Addressed an issue where Fiscal Year summaries were not updating properly for certain agencies.

Improved Import Safeguards for Local Agencies (LA-17369)
Updated import controls to ensure that when a local agency performs an import, records are added only to that agency and not unintentionally shared with client agencies.

Lower-Level Assessment Rule Causing Inconsistent NRS Gain Reporting (LA-22047)
Corrected a lower-level assessment rule that was causing inconsistencies between Table 4 and Table 4a/PoP gain calculations.

Permissions Error When Accessing Authorized Areas (LA-22081)
Resolved an issue where some users received a “Not Authorized” message despite having the correct permissions to access the page.

Staff Professional Development Hours Import (LA-21546)
Added a new import option allowing agencies to upload Professional Development records directly to Staff profiles.
