Fixes/Updates

Account Management

1. Users with the Data Clerk II role now have the ability to view the Audit Log.  Select Audit Log from the "Additional" area menu. 

Assessments

1. The Date Completed field was being removed on the assessment card when a raw score was entered.  This has been corrected.

 Duplicate Classes, Groups, Workshops

1. When duplicating classes, groups or workshops at the area grids, the end date was incorrectly allowed to be before the start date.  This has been corrected so that end date can only be on or after the start date. 

Email/Text Messaging

1. For transparency, the Visibility/Privacy checkbox has been removed from the "Send Message" window. 

Reports

1. The first cell of the tables did not display when printing All NRS Searches.  This has been corrected.

Searches

1. Multi-select search fields only displayed the first option selected even when multiple options were selected. This has been corrected in the following student searches:

   • Hours->Hours Absent (Hours Type field)

   • Hours->Hours Attended (Hours Type field)

   • Outcomes->Achievements and Goals (Goals field)
