Searches

1. The ability to share user created searches within the agency has been added. 

2. The 'program' field has been changed from a drop down to a text box on the following searches:

• Student Quick Select

• Student History

• Class Quick Select

• Staff Quick Select

• Tutor Quick Select

• Tutor History

• Pair Quick Select

• Group Quick Select

Student

1. FY Diagnostic Search

• Students without FY summaries were incorrectly displayed on the rows for 'Students missing Highest Education Level Completed on Entry' and 'Students missing Highest Education Level Completed on Entry Location.' This has been corrected. 

• Students with one of the new 'Highest Education Level Completed on Entry' options (Secondary School Equivalent, Some Postsecondary education, no degree, Postsecondary or professional degree) were incorrectly displayed on the row 'Students with Invalid Data for Highest Education Level Completed at Entry.'  This has been corrected. 

2. The 'Current Fiscal Year' filter query has been updated to display all current fiscal year students, regardless of age. 

Pair Searches

1. The search 'Active in Date Range' has been added.

Tutor Searches

1. 'Unlinked' has been added as an enrollment type at the tutor 'Hours Attended' search. 

2. The tutor 'Hours Attended' search now allows searching on number of hours less than one, such as .25, .50, etc.

3. The search 'Tutor History' has been added.

Volunteer Searches

1. The search 'Volunteer History' has been added.
