New, Updated LACES User Interface
LACES has a new User Interface design. The functionality of LACES is the same, but with a newer look. The classic green has been swapped with a cool blue and we have added the use of themes within LACES. There are three available themes: Light, Dark, Light (High Contrast). The default theme is "Light", but you can select and save any theme you want and swap themes as often as you like. Once you've signed in, go to your profile, select a theme, and click the "Save" button with your choice. If you prefer the traditional look with grid lines, you can change to "Light (High Contrast)" and still have the new look with some familiar features.

Fixes/Updates
Cross Agency Tracking
Moved forward assessments were being incorrectly copied from the originating agency to the new agency instead of the original assessments in the current fiscal year. This has been corrected. Moved forward assessments are not copied/linked from the originating agency to the new agency.

Hours
The "Last Hours Date" field in the Pair area grid was showing the last instructional hours date for the student instead of the pair. This has been corrected. The field has been renamed to "Last Pair Instructional Hours Date" and can be added to to a view to display the last instructional hours date for the pair.
Reports
The "Quarterly Earnings" header was missing from the Excel version of the "Employment including Occupation and Keyword" report located in the Student area. This has been corrected.
New Functionality
Deduplicated Staff
Staff records will now be deduplicated as part of the deduplication process for state clients. The deduplication process combines duplicate records to prevent staff from counting multiple times on NRS Table 7 in the same fiscal year. This affects ABE clients only. Deduplicated NRS tables are typically run by state staff at the SEA.
Click the >Searches link at the top left of the Staff grid and expand the newly added "NRS Deduplicated" search category to run a deduplicated Table 7. Until your state client has been deduplicated, the table will report 0 in all cells.
More information on deduplication can be found here: Data Deduplication
