Student Fiscal Year Summary
In the Student record > History tab > Fiscal Year panel, when you open a Fiscal Year record, a new tab is available for PoPs. This tab includes the data for each PoP that is included for NRS reporting in the Reporting Period. For example, if you open a record for the NRS FY 24-25 Reporting Period and go to the PoPs tab, you may see records for FY PoP "2024-2025 PoP 1" and "2024-2025 PoP 2" if the student had 2 PoPs in the NRS FY 24-25 Reporting Period. A student may also have prior year PoPs included if he is eligible for any of the follow-up-outcomes based on exiting in a prior fiscal year since those PoPs contribute to the NRS FY 24-25 Reporting Period. CASAS Locators/Appraisal Forms 919M, 920M, 619R, 619L were added where applicable. (LA-19707)
TABE CLAS-E Forms C & D have been added where applicable. (LA-19594)
Scores for TABE CLAS-E Forms A & B were updated. (LA-20277)
TABE 13/14 has been made available for states who have requested it. (LA-19595)
The issue where the DRC Integration was failing to import data for students marked as “Non-Binary or Other” or “No Answer/Prefer Not to Disclose“ in LACES and “O” on the DRC file has been resolved. Now, the integration correctly imports these records without errors. This only applies to clients with the DRC Integration. (LA-20301)
Class Duplicating
Added the ability to edit or rename a Class when duplicating from the main grid or from within the Class record. (LA-19275)
Added the ability to select whether to carry over all enrolled students or not carry over any students to the new Class. (LA-19275)
Class Scheduling
Multiple reports in the Student and Class areas were updated to use the new Class Scheduling data for the fields Bldg/Room, Days, and Times. Also note: the “Student Attendance Form by Course Title” in the Class area has been renamed to "Student Attendance Form". (LA-20206)
Added the ability to add Scheduled or Asynchronous Instruction at the Class Intake Details page. (LA-20275)
Added the fields Number of Schedules and Schedule Text to the Class grid and View Manager. (LA-20271)
Added a Detail Screen to Class records opened in the All Class Instruction area. (LA-20271)
Added Location and Schedule Text to the to the Class Details information header when opening a Class record. (LA-20271)
Added the ability to delete a Class record without needing to delete Schedule records first. (LA-20273)
Student
When a student is deleted via the Merge Students job, they will now appear in the Delete Log found under the Person icon > Agency Settings. We have added a "Notes" column to the Delete Log which will indicate detail about the delete job. The Delete Log is not available to all users. (LA-19578)
A bug was corrected to automatically delete Diploma/Credential records indicating the passage of a Secondary School Diploma or High School Equivalency exam if the assessment data providing evidence of the SSD/HSE passage is manually deleted in the Assessments tab. (LA-20011)
The Student Import has been enhanced to update all fields on the Student Intake form. (LA-20231)
Tutor
Fixed: Unexpected Error when opening Hour record from Tutor (LA-19914)
Other
On the main grid of the Audit Log, a new column called “Affected Entities” has been added which will help you know and search for what kind of data may be included in the audit record. The Audit Log is not available to all users. (LA-20011)
Fixed a bug where the space bar did not work in Volunteers Hours Comments. (LA-19960)
Widened the Add Assessment window to accommodate longer assessment names. (LA-19850)
Choice list selections in the parent agency now display correctly, matching those in the child agencies. (LA-18898)
