Student

1. Based on input from OCTAE:

   • All PoPs will count on Table 11 for students with an IETP enrollment during the reporting year.  For example, a student is in two PoPs with an IETP enrollment during the first PoP.   A measurable skill gain is made in the second PoP.  Both PoPs will now count on Table 11, Column E. 

2. Read only fields for tracking student persistence and retention have been added at the the student Education tab/Education panel.  The fields are not entered by users, but will recalculated nightly.  The following fields were added: 

Days in Program - Overall

• • Number of days between the first and last non-0 Hours Dates. 

Days in Program - Current FY

• • Number of days between the first and last non-0 Hours Dates in the current FY.

Days Enrolled - Overall

• • Number of days between the first Enroll/Match Date and Exit Date (today's date if there is no Exit Date)

Days Enrolled - Current FY

• • Number of days between the first Enroll/Match Date in the current FY and Exit Date (today's date if there is no Exit Date)

Days on Waitlist

• • Students whose overall status begins with Waitlist: The number of days between the Waitlist status date and the first Enroll Date (today's date if there is no Enroll Date). Overall status start date is found at the History tab/Overall Status History panel. 

All Person

1. The following new fields have been added to the view manager and search at the “All Persons” area.

• Student Overall Status

Account Email Notification

1. The email notification email has been reformatted to make the new user's account name more obvious in the message. 

Fields

1. The field "Refugee From" was added as part of Release 2022.2.0.  The field was blank when added to a view instead of displaying No Value Entered. This  has been corrected.

2. The character limit in the text fields at the student "Custom Fields" panel has been increased to 200 characters.

Reports

1. The student reports "Adult Ed Postsecondary Education" and "Adult Ed Postsecondary Training" were coded on the Postsecondary Type option codes instead of text, which prevented some students from being included on the reports.  This has been corrected.  

2. The reports "Student Points for Next EFL" and "Class Points for Next EFL" were not returning the most recent assessment by subtest/date.  This has been corrected.  Additionally, entry level ABE L6 has been omitted from being returned on the report. 

Tutor

1. Tutor records with a null value in the “Current Fiscal Year Instructional Hours” field instead of zero (0) were not being included in the Current Fiscal Year search when using the AND NOT operator. This has been corrected.

Workshop

1. The Person Type filter was not returning persons with multiple roles when the column filters ”Contains," “Starts with,” or “Ends with” were selected at the "Enroll Participants" grid.  This has been corrected.
