✨ Feature Highlight: New CASAS Reading GOALS 2 Locator Forms Now Available

LACES now supports CASAS Reading GOALS 2 Appraisal/Locator forms 919R and 920R, allowing programs that use this assessment series to enter or import locator scores and maintain a complete assessment history.

What's included

• New Locator Form Support: CASAS Reading GOALS 2 Appraisal/Locator forms 919R and 920R are now available.

• Raw and Scaled Score Ranges: The Reading subtest supports raw and scaled score ranges from 0 to 999.

• Manual and Import Entry: Locator results can be entered manually or imported when included in CASAS export files.

• Availability: These locator forms are available only to programs that use CASAS Reading GOALS 2. Programs that do not use this assessment will not see these forms in their available assessments list.

🐞 General Bug Fixes

Error When Adding County to All PoPs Summary View (LA-22098)

Fixed an error that occurred when adding the County field to the All PoPs Summary view.

Merged Student 2FY Summary Not Counting Twice on Table 6 (LA-21583)

Corrected an issue where merged students with 2FY summaries were counting twice on all NRS tables except Table 6.

NRS Table 2A Student Exclusion Issue (LA-21706)

Resolved a problem where certain students were incorrectly excluded from NRS Table 2A.

Non-Reportable Credentials Not Searchable (LA-22041)

Restored the ability to search for non-reportable credentials within the Student area in Production.

One Day Deducted from Birthdate and Date Signed in Student Portal (LA-22073)

Fixed a date-handling issue that caused one day to be deducted from Birthdate and Date Signed fields entered through the Student Portal.

Out-of-Range SmallDateTime SQL Error (LA-22025)

Addressed a SQL error triggered when an out-of-range SmallDateTime value was specified.

TABE 13/14 Locator Score Inconsistencies (LA-21000)

Corrected inconsistencies where some TABE 13/14 Locators displayed only scaled scores while others showed only raw scores.

Duplicate Scores Added from DRC Integration (LA-21581)

Fixed an issue where duplicate scores were added due to raw scores being included in DRC integrations.
