The following issues were fixed as part of Release 2023.9.1 on 8/30/2023.

1. The State and Local Performance (SPR) > Participant Characteristics search was not loading any results when selected for the 22-23 Fiscal Year. This has been corrected.

2. Some reports were producing a "error converting data type varchar to numeric" error when ran. This has been corrected.
