🐞 General Bug Fixes

Custom Views Special Character Display Issue (LA-19604)

Fixed a regression where ' " < > & characters did not display correctly in Custom Views.

Diploma/Credential Records Not Auto-Deleting (LA-20508)

Resolved an issue where Diploma/Credential records with a value in Description/Number were not automatically deleted when associated assessments were removed.

Duplicate Rows in ViewStudents (LA-20370)

Fixed an issue causing duplicate rows that resulted in invalid report data.

Import Class Hours Attended Row Per Day Issue (LA-20956)

Resolved an issue where imported class hours were associated with the wrong student.

Pretest Selection for PoP1 (LA-20330)

Adjusted Pretest selection logic to use the most recent test prior to recorded hours for PoP1.

Staff Import Updates Multiple Times (LA-20351)

Fixed an issue where staff import updated a single record multiple times unnecessarily.

Search Error: “Invalid Criteria Value” (LA-20796)

Resolved a bug where searching for certain words returned an "Invalid criteria value" error.

SSN Masking in PoP Summary Areas (LA-20925)

Ensured that SSNs are properly masked in All PoP Summary > PoP Contact Info tab and other areas.

Staff View Manager Displays Duplicate Fields (LA-12113)

Fixed an issue where Classification and Employment Status were displayed twice in the Staff View Manager.

NRS Table 3 Data Warehouse Integration (LA-19739)
Updated NRS Table 3 to pull data from the data warehouse, improving reporting accuracy and performance.

Staff Search Enhancements (LA-11453)
Removed duplicate staff entries from search results and added search options for staff credentials and workshop enrollment status.

Arkansas

Incorrect Non-Reportable Credential Count (LA-20749)
Resolved an issue where WAGE customizations caused incorrect Non-Reportable Credential counts in the All Non-Reportable Credentials area.

Connecticut

Class Enrollment Report Issues (LA-19291, LA-20585)
Fixed reporting errors in Class Enrollments by Country of Birth and Class Enrollments by Town of Residence.

Delaware

Groves: Credit Search Logic Update (LA-20356))
Updated Credit Search to follow the same logic as the Class Completion Search.

Washington

Diploma/Credential Import Updates (LA-20728)
Allowed Diploma/Credential records to be imported even if the Diploma/Credential Type is hidden in the choice list.
Classes Not Auto-Completing (LA-20795)
Fixed an issue where classes failed to auto-complete if a student’s enrollment date was after the class start date.
