Student

1. The choice list for IETP MSG Type has been updated to split the choice 'Secondary or Postsecondary Transcript' into two separate choices. This allows more granular tracking of secondary and postsecondary IETP MSGs. The new choices are:

    a. Secondary Transcript or Report Card

    b. Postsecondary Transcript or Report Card

Both of these selections will count on Table 11 on the row 'MSG via Secondary or Postsecondary Transcript.'

Student records that had 'Secondary or Postsecondary Transcript' entered were data mapped to the new choice 'Postsecondary Transcript or Report Card.'

Choice list items for the IETP MSG field that were manually added by agencies for the IETP MSG Type choice 'Secondary or Postsecondary Transcript' were mapped to the new choice 'Postsecondary Transcript or Report Card.'

Searches

1. The student search ‘Adult Education Follow-Up > Diploma Credential’ has been corrected to return students who have a diploma record that meets all of the criteria set.

Reports

1. The Student: Level Gains report has been updated to include a total of number of gains

Dashboard

1. The Hours/Place Holder Hours Widget has been removed.
