Assessments

1. Columns for Raw Score and SPL/GLE have been added to the assessment card for the CASAS Reading GOALS assessment.

2. ‘M’ has been appended to the end of the CASAS Math GOALS forms.

3. ‘R’ has been appended to the end of the CASAS Reading GOALS forms.

Search

1. A category for IETP Measurable Skill Gains has been added to the All PoPs Summary area search criteria builder.

2. The Staff Alert and Staff Diagnostic Search for ‘Local teachers without credential/certification record’ were returning all staff persons, regardless of classification.  This has been corrected.

3. Print All NRS Searches (located at the student area under the More toolbar drop-down) has been updated to allow all NRS searches to be run at one time on any FY.  Note that each FY will display ALL available NS tables, even if the table was not available in a particular year.  For example, if NRS FY 1-16 were selected, the new tables 2a and 4a will be included, but the cells will display 0.  NRS tables for NRS FY 2008-2009 and prior must be run at the Report Manager.

Dashboards

1. The Students Alerts dashboard row ‘Students eligible for posttesting with no MSG in current PoP’ was including students who did not have enough hours to post test.  This has been corrected.

2. A new row called ‘Students not assessed within [X] instructional hours of intake’ has been added to the Student Alert dashboard. This dashboard is for finding students who have received instruction hours prior to a pretest.

Hours

1. Pair hours could not be entered at the student record when the hours date was on or after a pair match date but before the pair start date.  This has been corrected.

PoPs

1. The assessment selected as the subject area for PoP 1 was not being set as the subject area.  This has been corrected.

2.   A gain made from a moved forward assessment in the non-tracked subject area was not showing an EFL gain in the PoP outcome record. This has been corrected.

NRS Tables

1. Students in two potential PoPs where the total number of current FY instruction hours is >=12 were being omitted from Table 2a. This has been corrected.

Fields

1. All numeric fields have been updated to prevent negative numbers from being entered.

Beta Search Added

1.  A new search has been added at the student Assessment search category called ‘Incomplete HSE.’  This search is designed to return students in a selection who have taken at least one, but not all subtests for the GED, HiSET, and TASC assessments.

NOTE that this search is still under development and will be finalized in the next release.
